Marketing & Brand Manager – Early Childhood Education / Childcare Sector Victoria Early Learning – Ferntree Gully VIC This exciting Marketing & Brand Manager role at Victoria early learning pty ltd offers an excellent opportunity to lead the marketing and brand strategy for an innovative early childhood education and childcare provider. Based in Ferntree Gully, VIC , this contract position will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract new enrolments and promote the company's brand across the sector. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this contract position. What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company's business objectives Create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including websites, social media, advertising and communications Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth Plan and execute successful promotional campaigns and events to drive enrolments Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations, sales and customer service teams Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to continually optimise What we're looking for Proven experience in marketing and brand management, ideally in the early childhood education or childcare sector A minimum of 3-4 years of marketing and brand management experience is required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different stakeholders Strong creative flair and experience in developing compelling content Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO and Google Analytics Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field This contract position is for a duration of 3-6 months.
