What You'll Be Doing You're the one steering the financial engine of our business to help us grow smarter. Reporting to the CFO, you'll make sure every dollar works as hard as we do. Your day‑to‑day adventure: Guide financial strategy and planning to support big‑picture goals Deliver sharp insights to Sales, Marketing and Ops for smarter decisions Own Profit and Cash budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking – keep us on target Analyse profitability and spot opportunities to boost margins Present clear, actionable financial insights to senior leadership Ensure compliance and manage financial risk like a pro Who We're Looking For Not only are you the kind of person who loves making sense of numbers and keeping things running smoothly, but you do it with energy, curiosity and a team‑first mindset. Your "must‑haves" : Experience that counts : 6 – 8 years in commercial finance, with leadership experience in FMCG or retail – critical for our business Degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA / CA preferred) Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and P&L management Strong communication skills to make complex data clear and actionable Tech‑savvy with financial software and ERP know‑how (Power BI is a bonus) A big‑picture thinker who stays cool when things heat up and finds smart solutions fast Above all, you're reliable, proactive and motivated by shared goals.
