Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems for power generation projects. Oversee commissioning, installation, and testing of power generation control systems. Provide technical leadership in the integration of control systems with generators, switchgear, and associated equipment. Diagnose and resolve complex control system issues in collaboration with field teams. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability. Qualifications and Experience Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Extensive experience in power generation, focusing on electrical control systems. Proficiency in designing and implementing control systems, including PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming. Proven experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical control systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Good working knowledge of AS3000/AS3110 and other Australian Standards relevant to electrical engineering and controls. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients on a technical and interpersonal level.
