We are now looking for a full time DFV Specialist based in our office in Orange for a 10 month contract with the possibility of extension. The DFV Specialist will deliver best practice support services to women and children experiencing domestic violence in this area, including risk assessment, safety planning, and advocacy. To be successful, you will require strong experience in the Domestic and Family Violence and Social Services sector; proven ability to professionally and sensitively deliver client services to clients experiencing emotional distress; well-developed communication skills; and demonstrated experience in identifying key stakeholders and establishing effective relationships. This is a full time (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Maximum Term Contract. This position is classified as a Level 4.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $88,327 gross per annum (full time equivalent). This will increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award.
