The Role As a Guest Relations Partner, you are the heart of The Flex guest journey — ensuring every guest feels supported, welcomed, and truly cared for from the moment they book to checkout. You’ll combine empathy, operational precision, and smart problem‑solving to deliver an elevated service experience that blends human connection with technology‑driven efficiency. Key Responsibilities Guest Support – Serve as the main point of contact via chat, email, and phone, responding promptly, kindly, and professionally. Seamless Stays – Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs, verifications, and local requests to ensure smooth experiences. Issue Resolution – Own problems from start to finish, finding creative solutions that turn challenges into moments of delight. Proactive Communication – Anticipate guest needs, share timely updates, and provide thoughtful recommendations. Feedback & Insights – Collect guest feedback, identify patterns, and help improve our systems and service standards. Cross‑Team Collaboration – Work closely with Operations, Product, and Tech to elevate the entire guest journey. What You Bring Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French or other languages are a plus). Experience in hospitality, customer service, or short‑term rentals. Tech‑savvy – confident with PMS, CRM, and digital communication tools. Calm, empathetic, and solution‑oriented, even in high‑pressure situations.
