Join our energetic team at Wideland Group in the beautiful Upper Hunter Valley We’re seeking a motivated and organised Administration Coordinator to support our Toyota and Isuzu UTE dealership in Muswellbrook. Wideland Group is a privately owned and proudly regional business, employing over 200 people across New South Wales and Queensland. With seven multi-franchise dealerships, we support the automotive, truck, agricultural and construction industries, representing leading global brands. About the Role: This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent administrative and communication skills, and the ability to prioritise a busy and diverse workload. You’ll be backed by an experienced management team, well-established systems, and a workplace culture built on integrity, teamwork, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales and Service teams in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with the Administration team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, including supporting the management of vehicle registrations , stock control , preparation and customer delivery coordination . Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment. Respond to customer enquiries promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused approach. Manage your workload with initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations. Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business outcomes. About You: Previous dealership experience in a similar role highly desirable, however not essential. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. Self-motivated, with excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. Able to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and manage a varied workload to a high standard. Skilled in building rapport and fostering strong, lasting relationships. Highly attentive to detail and committed to quality in every task. What's on Offer?
