This is an excellent role for an individual with strong clinical experience in cardiac pacing devices. Together, we will transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure.Our Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management portfolio has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Specialist to be based in Adelaide and report to the Service Innovation Manager.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the business unit* Providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers by supporting field teams with technical in-services and presentations to customers* Conducting on-site education and / or consulting* Assisting Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support* Support sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities as provided by the Marketing team* Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness* Working closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support* Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to Territory Managers and Divisional Staff.* Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.* Monitor field inventory effectively and ensure appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.* Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research team**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** High School Diploma with minimum of 6 years relevant experience OR Associate Diploma with minimum of 4 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience* Demonstrated understanding of the function and purpose of pacing products in order to operate* as a technical support expert with experience in pacing, clinical or medical device industry setting.* Required to travel up to 25%, valid driver’s license required**Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.# **Benefits & Compensation****Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
