Overview Rehabilitation Consultant | OT, Physio or EP – Beneco, Canberra, ACT We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You will assist individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being. You will manage a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments. Responsibilities Assess and manage a portfolio of cases related to workers compensation, CTP and workplace health & safety assessments. Support individuals to recover from injury and return to work through client-centered care. Utilise Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace assessments to inform evidence-based recovery plans. Engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including treating professionals and employers. About You Hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology. AHPRA/ESSA accreditation (as applicable). Hold a full driver’s license and have access to a vehicle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach. Passion for helping people and a commitment to integrity and teamwork.
