The Role As part of the front‑of‑house team, you’ll be the face of Gowings setting the tone from the moment a guest walks in. You’ll guide them through our menu, recommend the perfect pairing, and deliver each course with seamless flair. From the dining room to the bar, you’ll create moments that feel effortlessly refined yet full of character.
