Customer Care Representative - ARH Homebush Join our team at the Animal Referral Hospital, a leading emergency and specialist veterinary hospital in Sydney, located in Homebush. We provide 24-hour emergency and critical care, focusing on high standards of patient care and exceptional customer service. About Your Role We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our growing team. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your responsibilities will include: Handling high volumes of inbound calls Liaising with referring veterinarians Welcoming clients and their pets Booking and managing appointments Invoicing and processing payments (cash, EFTPOS, Vetpay, Medipay) Data entry and document requests Managing email inquiries About You You should have: At least 2 years of customer service experience Experience in reception or high-volume call centers Ability to remain calm under pressure Strong computer and data entry skills Experience with appointment scheduling and invoicing Flexibility to work during peak seasons and various shifts (day, afternoon, overnight) Excellent communication skills with compassion and empathy Ability to handle difficult clients and multitask effectively What We Offer Enjoy a supportive work environment with: Work-life balance through advanced rostering Job security and competitive salary Pet product discounts, free parking, and public transport access Comprehensive leave entitlements Continuous education and wellness programs Additional benefits including influenza vaccinations and employee assistance We value diversity and inclusion and offer ongoing opportunities for the right candidate.
