Your Role as Assistant Centre Director (2IC) Support the Centre in day‑to‑day operations and leadership Lead, mentor and support educators to deliver high‑quality educational programmes Ensure compliance with EYLF, NQS and regulatory requirements Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community Foster a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team culture Support staff onboarding, performance development and coaching Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives Ensure children experience a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership or similar role Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) A genuine passion for high‑quality education and care Strong mentoring, coaching and leadership skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Advanced computer and documentation skills A commitment to building meaningful family and community partnerships Current Working With Children Check Why Join Kids Club?
