Chistmas Holiday Volunteering Sessions - Canningtom WED THU FRI From Christmas decorations to gift-worthy treasures, the items you’ll help display include: Bric-a-brac Kitchenware & crockery Clothing & footwear Books CDs/DVDs Art Toys and much more This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a friendly, festive team, serving customers and creating eye-catching displays to ensure quality donations are ready to be sold in our Op Shops, helping make Christmas a little brighter for those in need. Your Jolly Tasks Will Include: Greeting and assisting customers with a warm, festive spirit. Putting stock out on the shop floor and arranging attractive displays. Examining the quality of donated items before they go on sale. Keeping your work area tidy, safe, and well-organised (think Santa’s workshop). Recycling and upcycling unsuitable items. Light lifting of boxes or bags. If you have a special love for a category (books, clothing, homewares, etc.), we will do our best to match your tasks to your strengths and interests.
