Join Our Kids Club Dream Team | Coordinator & Activity Assistants Our Kids Club program runs weekday morning sessions during the school holidays filled with crafts, games, and outdoor fun, plus awesome Friday Night Discos . We’re hiring for: Kids Club Coordinator – Lead the team, plan activities, liaise with families, and ensure smooth operations. Kids Club Assistants – Help run activities, engage with children, and bring the fun A genuine love for working with children. Creativity, energy, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in childcare, education, or hospitality (preferred but not essential). Current Working With Children Check, First Aid Certificate & Police Clearance (required). Be part of a vibrant, guest‑focused team. Work in a beautiful beachside location. Make school holidays unforgettable for our young guests. Starting When? The school holiday program will start on Monday, 22nd December 2025 and finishes in the final week of January 2026. Applicants must be available a day during the week before to organize the holiday program (typically planned for two weeks at a time), purchase any necessary items for the activities, and prepare and set up the room. The hours are 8am to 12pm, with the Kids Club running from 8:30am to 11:30am. For the Friday night Discos, the hours are 5:30pm to 8pm, with the Disco itself open from 6pm to 7:30pm.
