As a key member of our hospitality leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and support a vibrant, high-performing team within our well-regarded community club. This role offers a rotating roster 4-day work week making it a fantastic opportunity for experienced managers looking for work-life balance in a dynamic hospitality environment. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and supervising bar, gaming and Restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service Ensuring the club operates efficiently and adheres to all health, safety, and licensing regulations Monitoring and managing TAB and Keno operations, gaming compliance, and cash handling procedures Work closely with departmental supervisors and managers to ensure smooth and high-quality service for our guests and members Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and patrons Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions based on business needs and operational priorities Driving team morale and contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture With our newly renovated Sports Bar, “Sidetracked,” and other upgraded facilities, you’ll be part of an exciting venue bringing fresh energy and experiences to our guests. What we are looking for Proven experience as a Duty Manager in a fast-paced hospitality environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate floor teams effectively Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions based on business needs and operational priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff, supervisors, and management Knowledge of health, safety, RSA, RSG, and Food Safety compliance requirements Hold or able to obtain RMLV, RSA, RSG, Approved Manager, Blue Card, First aid and Food Safety Supervisor Certificates Experience with TAB and Keno operations is a must Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture Focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational standards Why you will love working here...
