Domestic Assistant - South Fremantle, White Gum Valley and surrounds. Support clients with domestic tasks in their own home. Multiple permanent roles available, offering flexible working hours. The Role We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Domestic Assistants across North Fremantle, O'Connor, South Fremantle, White Gum Valley, Willagee. We have multiple permanent part‑time roles available. Our busiest period of care delivery is between Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. If you are available for most, or all, of this time period then we would love to hear from you. Domestic Assistants support clients to undertake domestic tasks in the home as prescribed within the care/support plan, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence where possible. Responsibilities include a range of domestic tasks such as making their beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor, with some social support in the community. Domestic Assistants follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home. Therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, is essential. Servicing the following suburbs: North Fremantle, O'Connor, South Fremantle, White Gum Valley, Willagee. (Only successful applicants residing in the above suburbs, or close to, will be contacted.) About you A valid Driver’s Licence with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition is essential. Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app, is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential. Employee Benefits Competitive pay plus super. Travel allowance of $1.03 per k/m.
