Through this collaboration, STH will deliver premium fan experiences for Rugby World Cup **** in Australia. ROLE SUMMARY The Inventory Manager is a key role in delivering world-class accommodation and experience packages for Men's Rugby World Cup (RWC) **** Experiences in Australia. You will be responsible for implementing and optimising inventory systems to ensure accurate availability, efficient allocation, and seamless packaging across multiple sales channels maximising revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with hotel partners, experience suppliers, and internal teams, the role oversees inventory planning, forecasting, and control, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and real-time availability. You will manage system configuration, inventory migration and reconciliation, and use data insights to inform pricing, availability, and strategic decisions. The role also drives process improvement and operational efficiency through automation, system optimisation, and team training. By combining strong technical capability with supplier relationship management and cross‑functional collaboration, the Inventory Manager ensures inventory is secure, compliant, and aligned to deliver outstanding RWC **** experiences. ABOUT YOU You will have proven inventory management expertise within travel or hospitality environments, supported by strong systems and stakeholder coordination skills. Ideally, you will bring: Experience in inventory management within accommodation, travel, or hospitality. Proven experience supporting system implementation and ongoing optimisation projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills across internal and external partners. Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments. Analytical and problem‑solving capability to support operational decision‑making. Confident communicator and collaborative team player, working effectively across departments. High level of technical proficiency, including Adobe Commerce and Microsoft Excel. Compliance‑driven and risk‑aware, with a strong focus on accuracy, security, and governance. Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements in dynamic, event‑driven environments. A passion for sport, rugby, travel and events would be beneficial but is not essential.
