In February 2025, STH Group proudly opened its Sydney offices to oversee Men's Rugby World Cup Experiences 2027 in partnership with World Rugby. Through this collaboration, STH will deliver premium fan experiences for Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia. ROLE SUMMARY With the Rugby World Cup 2027 match schedule due for release in February 2026, STH Group is entering a significant growth phase for its Sydney‑based team. We are seeking an Account Manager to manage the full lifecycle of Official Travel & Hospitality Agents (excluding the UK and Europe) for the Men's RWC 2027 Experiences programme in Australia. Partnering closely with the Head of Travel & Tourism, the role focuses on agency onboarding, compliance, and operational excellence while driving revenue growth through strategic agency relationships. The Account Manager will oversee day‑to‑day agency operations, ensure clear and consistent communication, coordinate ticketing and experience delivery with internal teams, and support commercial growth, risk management, and onsite programme delivery. ABOUT YOU You are a results‑driven, client‑focused professional with strong communication skills who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. Ideally you will bring: Passion for sport plus knowledge and understanding of the sports travel landscape. Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships through effective, influential communication across multiple channels. Confident, collaborative communicator able to engage internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels. Sales‑driven mindset with a strong focus on performance targets and results. Self‑starter who takes ownership, identifies opportunities, and manages multiple priorities across projects and teams. Strong results orientation, delivering programme growth and outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
