The role focuses on providing safe, consistent, and person-centred care aligned with behavioural support and communication plans. Key responsibilities include: Personal care and daily living assistance Emotional and behavioural regulation support Domestic assistance and facilitation of community access Implementation of structured routines and communication strategies Accurate documentation and adherence to support plans You’ll be great in this role if you have: NSW Driver Licence and your own insured vehicle Current Checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid & CPR Reliable availability in the Haberfield area What We’re Looking For: Compassionate, calm, and consistent approach to care. Ability to follow care plans and communicate with families and care teams. NSW Driver’s Licence and an insured vehicle (essential for community access and school pick-up/drop-off).
