Role in Action Reporting to a data leader, you’ll collaborate across the business to deliver insights that shape strategy, reduce reporting time, and enable confident decisions. You’ll provide performance and customer reporting, manage competing priorities, and keep a strong focus on delivery while ensuring reporting is elevated and impactful. Analyse large datasets to identify trends and optimise processes. Clean, transform, and validate data for accuracy and reliability. Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and communicate insights effectively. Provide performance and customer metrics that inform strategic decisions. Build predictive models to improve forecasting and planning. Operate in line with data governance and continuous improvement practices. What You'll Need Significant experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields. Proven capability with SQL tools and Python for data transformation. Strong proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for visualisation and analysis. Ability to design ETL processes and apply statistical modelling. Clear communicator with collaboration, presentation, and detail‑oriented strengths. Familiarity with data governance; exposure to AI and machine learning.
