With a team of 16 engineers and a diverse project portfolio, we’re looking for a Technical Lead who is passionate, eager, and determined, someone who thrives in client conversations, uplifts their people, and continually absorbs new skills and ideas. This isn’t a hands‑on coding role. It’s a leadership and influence role for someone with technical credibility, commercial sharpness, and the confidence to support pre‑sales conversations and shape delivery outcomes from the outset.
