INSTALLER - Blinds, Awnings, Shutters & Security Tweed Coast Security and Blinds – Cabarita Beach NSW Tweed Coast Security and Blinds are seeking an experienced installer for our busy and growing window furnishing business. Preferably qualified however, if not, must have experience with power tools and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a full time position, 7.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday with the opportunity for overtime. Contract installers highly encouraged to apply. Located in Cabarita Beach , we specialize in manufacturing and retailing a wide range of window coverings, outdoor blinds, and security products . Our focus on quality and customer satisfaction has allowed us to thrive and grow consistently over the years. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing a variety of window coverings, awnings, security doors, and shutters with the ability to work at height off ladders. This role requires attention to detail , a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Install a range of internal blinds, external awnings, shutters, security screens and doors Measure and fit products accurately to ensure customer satisfaction Work at height off ladders Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed Maintain a clean and organised work vehicle and workspace Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling heavy materials What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle and tools provided for work use Training and development opportunities Supportive and friendly team environment Our business takes pride in delivering the utmost quality products and services.
