The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an Exercise Scientist or Personal Trainer. You’ll start on a casual basis with the view to grow into a more permanent role as your caseload and classes build. The role is perfect if you’re currently studying and need some flexibility in your hours, but still want meaningful, career-aligned work. You want to play a vital role in delivering our small group fitness classes, building our 1:1 caseload, assisting with our Athlete Development programs, and be keen to learn off a highly experienced team including an APA Sport Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientists. This position will include the delivery of small group fitness classes and personal training. We offer a variety of fitness classes including Athlete Development, Strength, Reformer Pilates, Conditioning and Mobility. Many of our clients are transitioning from rehabilitation into fitness services, and therefore require a professional with a sound understanding of human biomechanics, anatomy, and the ability to modify workouts appropriately. Renumeration will be based on experience. This role will commence as soon as we find the right candidate. The new team member will undergo a thorough three-month induction to learn Evado Studios’ systems and processes so that they can successfully manage clients. You will have support unlike anywhere else About You Qualified Exercise Scientist (or completing) or Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness. You’re not looking for “just a job” or a few shifts to fill time. You want to grow as a professional and be part of something bigger. Are open, coachable, and eager to learn from a multidisciplinary team. Be available for 6am starts, 7.30pm finishes and Saturday mornings (fortnightly). Ongoing professional development and support. Opportunities for career progression.
