They have built a solid reputation earned over 20 years and are the go‑to company for both international and domestic students looking for accommodation while studying in Melbourne. About the Role and About You We are looking for an experienced property/real estate sales person who may be tired of the 7‑day‑a‑week grind. This opportunity will see you listing and selling apartments, solely managed by our client. These are student accommodation apartments—small, fully furnished and well managed by a property management team. Returns are excellent for investors (returning up to 10% pa) and the apartments are well priced (circa $120,000 – $300,000). The role pays a standard retainer and commissions per deal (often with a 30‑day turnaround on sale). OTE is up to you, but in the vicinity of $150,000 – $300,000 could be obtainable for a good operator. Your role Responsible for managing the end‑to‑end sales process Contacting owners with existing properties in the accommodation Talking with potential buyers about the properties Working with relevant teams to develop and implement effective sales policies, procedures and prospecting strategies Maintaining external compliance with government authorities and legislative requirements Essential requirements for this position include Proven real estate sales experience Full Real Estate licence preferred; Agents Rep/Certificate 4 in Real Estate is the minimum requirement Reliable car and licence Strong stakeholder management experience Nurturing, inspirational, positive and motivational style of communication Interpersonal style of a calm, resilient and approachable demeanour Self‑awareness High level of verbal, written and financial literacy Exceptional attention to detail and high level of organisational skills Excellent time management skills and prioritisation of workload Problem‑solving skills and the ability to use initiative Commercial acumen This is a rare and lucrative opportunity.
