As our HR Coordinator , you’ll gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of HR from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development and workplace health and safety. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract designed to give you the tools, training, and exposure you need to build a strong foundation for your HR career. This is your chance to learn from experienced HR professionals, work on meaningful projects, and build the foundation for a successful career in HR. What You’ll Be Doing Support recruitment activities, including phone screening and interview coordination. Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate employee records. Help manage our Go1 Learning Platform and coordinate training sessions. Contribute to workplace health and safety compliance. Provide general HR administration support and assist with exciting HR projects. What We’re Looking For A recent graduate or someone starting their HR career. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with systems and learning new tools quickly. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, or Business (preferred).
