Telco Business Support Officer – Aussie Broadband Join a dynamic team that supports our business products in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be key to ensuring our customers receive world‑class technical assistance and that our internal teams have the tools they need. Responsibilities Handle technical assistance requests via phone and electronic channels. Uphold customer service standards and achieve call handling targets. Determine business customer needs through effective questioning and product analysis. Resolve technical and non‑technical issues within established Service Level Agreements. Conduct research using internal and external resources when necessary. Assist field staff with fault and installation inquiries. Qualifications Understanding of the business telecom industry. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot using the OSI model. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
