Through tailored person‑centred active support, this role empowers participants and young people , including those with complex needs, to develop daily living skills, engage in community activities, and build their capacity for greater independence and inclusivity. Your Daily Tasks Can Include Building a relationship with the people you are caring for. Providing around the clock care to participants, following a structured routine developed specifically for their needs, including personal care. Administering medication. Transporting the people in our care to and from school, day programmes and appointments. Assist in the implementation of programmes designed for the development of the client. Report writing.
