Learn more about us: headspace Penrith | Youth Mental Health Centre & Services About the Role As a Senior Clinician, you will be a key member of the multidisciplinary team delivering recovery‑focused, evidence‑based mental health support to young people. You will: Provide comprehensive assessment, psychological and psychosocial interventions Manage clinical care and complex presentations Lead and guide other clinicians to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care Support referral pathways and service flow Ensure adherence to best practice and quality standards Collaborate with the Service Manager to uphold the clinical model of care What You’ll Need – Essential Criteria Qualifications Approved tertiary qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or equivalent Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body Experience Minimum 3 years clinical experience in mental health Proven experience in assessments, evidence‑based treatment, and case management Leadership capabilities – mentoring and clinical guidance Strong understanding of recovery‑oriented practice and youth mental health Ability to contribute to clinical review and planning processes Valid Australian Driver’s Licence Benefits & Culture As an organisation we celebrate our diversity and welcome all people regardless of ethnicity, faith, sexual orientation and gender identity.
