Position: Intelligence Analyst In this role, you will specialize in Narrative Risk Intelligence, leveraging your expertise in intelligence analysis and our AI‑driven Constellation social media analytics platform. You will conduct multi‑source social media analysis, identify risk areas, and create client deliverables. You will also support projects for private and public sector clients, train external clients on the Constellation platform, contribute to thought leadership and marketing, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct multi‑source social media analysis using Blackbird.AI’s Constellation platform to identify and assess online threats. Analyze harmful narratives across use cases – including reputational risk, geopolitical risk, foreign information manipulation, executive protection, threat intel, and more. Create client deliverables such as reports, slide decks, and presentations based on analytical insights. Maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Provide Constellation user training and onboarding assistance to new clients. Contribute to thought leadership, marketing content, and customer satisfaction processes. Perform ad‑hoc intelligence, enablement, product, and administrative tasks, including quality assurance checks for Blackbird.AI’s software product and troubleshooting Constellation customer issues. Requirements 1‑4 years of overall experience in a similar role. Client‑facing experience. Proven experience in producing intelligence reporting products, preferably for private‑sector clients, with a strong preference for candidates from enterprise strategic communications, crisis communications, consultancy, or PR‑related backgrounds. Experience in social media analysis, specifically leveraging social media data for commercial audiences. Familiarity with mainstream and alternative media platforms, including their users, audiences, content, structures, and mechanisms. Proficiency in intelligence practices and methodologies, encompassing key collection sources, raw intelligence assessment, research, network analysis, and preparation of comprehensive intelligence reports for clients. Effective oral and written communication skills, enabling the creation and delivery of timely, concise, and accurate intelligence reports and briefings. Strong professionalism, self‑motivation, efficiency, and a track record of delivering on tight deadlines. Nice to Have Previous involvement in both qualitative and quantitative project management. Prior experience with Boolean writing and software tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Dataminr. Professional working proficiency in foreign languages, preferably Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, German, or Arabic. Role Expectations Expected working hours with some ET time zone overlap.
