Accounts Receivable & Administration Officer A well-established business in Maroochydore is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Administration Officer to join a supportive and positive team environment. This position will primarily focus on accounts receivable duties but will also occasionally provide support across multiple departments when required, offering variety and the chance to broaden your skills within a well-structured team. Key Responsibilities Manage the full accounts receivable process including invoicing, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups Monitor outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections Maintain accurate financial and customer records using the latest cloud-based MYOB system (experience is essential) Communicate with clients to resolve queries efficiently and professionally Provide occasional assistance to other departments as needed Support general office administration tasks when required About You Minimum of 2 years’ experience using the latest cloud-based MYOB system is essential Proven background in accounts receivable or a similar finance role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Reliable, organised, and adaptable with the ability to assist across departments when required Able to work well both independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer You’ll be joining a friendly and welcoming workplace that takes pride in its professional yet relaxed atmosphere.
