Data and Reporting Officer We are seeking a Data and Reporting Officer to play a key role in managing, analysing, and reporting health data that informs strategic planning and improves health outcomes across the Gold Coast. In this role, you will develop business intelligence (BI) models, produce high-quality data visualisations, and prepare strategic documents, such as needs assessments and reports. Your work will help shape evidence-based decisions and contribute to building one world‑class health system for the Gold Coast. About Us Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) is an independent, not-for-profit company, one of 31 Primary Health Networks established by the Australian Government. We identify the health needs of our local community, then fund and improve primary health services to keep people well and out of hospital. GCPHN is building ‘one world‑class health system for the Gold Coast’—and we know we can’t do it alone. What We Offer Remuneration package of $89,717 – $102,005 + Super Full‑time fixed‑term contract until 30 June 2027 with possible extension Flexible work arrangements that support work‑life balance, including hybrid working options Salary packaging (Fringe Benefit Tax exemptions) up to $15,900 p.a. + $2,650 p.a. meal and entertainment (tax‑free income) 5 weeks annual leave per year, paid parental leave, plus annual CPI salary increases Exceptional organisational reputation with established relationships in primary health care Benchmarked ‘Soaring’ workplace culture, with a supportive and collaborative team Convenient location at Robina (Gold Coast) with free onsite parking About The Role As the Data and Reporting Officer, you will: Source, cleanse, and integrate qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources Develop and maintain BI models using tools like Power BI and Excel Apply statistical and thematic analysis to identify trends and actionable insights Design engaging data visualisations for dashboards, reports, and publications Prepare strategic documents, needs assessments, and reports that support organisational planning Maintain KPI reporting processes and templates for funded providers Contribute to research initiatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Eligibility Criteria Essential Tertiary qualifications in public health, epidemiology, social sciences, data analytics, or related discipline Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data Minimum two years’ experience in data analysis, BI, and report writing Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable Experience working with health dataFamiliarity with data governance and privacy frameworks Experience in research and/or evaluation methodologies (e.g. program logics) How To Apply To apply, please submit a cover letter addressing the selection criteria along with your current resume.
