About the opportunity This position involves managing day-to-day workshop operations and leading a team of fabricators and welders. You will oversee scheduling, compliance, and the delivery of projects while mentoring your team and liaising with company directors. In this role, you will: Deliver projects on time and to required quality standards Manage and enhance daily operations and team performance Drive improvements to systems and processes Ensure compliance with OHS and reporting obligations About you To be successful, you will be a qualified boilermaker, welder or fabricator with demonstrated workshop leadership experience. You will ideally have: Experience with ERP systems and production schedules Ability to manage and train a team OHS and compliance understanding Experience with ITPs, MDRs, and inspection processes Strong problem-solving and attention to detail What’s on offer This position offers a pathway for long-term career development within a stable business.
