SITE SUPERVISOR - DOORS & WINDOWS (STEEL) Workshop + Site Installations | Hands-On Leadership Role (Fulltime/Parttime) Are you a driven, solutions-focused leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves? We’re looking for a Working Supervisor to join our team in the building industry, specialising in steel door and window systems . ⭐ About the Role This dual-responsibility position covers both workshop operations and on-site installations . You’ll lead by example—mentoring your team, managing workflow, and ensuring high-quality installs—while remaining actively hands-on. Supportive team environment Opportunity to lead while staying on the tools Varied work across workshop and site Competitive remuneration for the right person What You’ll Be Doing Supervising and working alongside the workshop team Leading on-site installations of steel doors and windows Planning, coordinating, and problem‑solving daily tasks Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec Communicating confidently and clearly with clients, team members, and management Maintaining a positive, proactive, can‑do attitude on all jobs Qualifications Strong background in onsite installations. (Door & window installation preferred but essential) Metal Fabrication experience preferred, but not essential. Hands‑on leader with real‑world installation experience Natural problem solver with a calm, patient approach Excellent communicator at all levels Motivated, upbeat, and a genuine go‑getter Solution‑orientated with high attention to detail Able to manage time, people, and site expectations Committed to quality workmanship and safe work practices Must have a Manual Drivers Licence Construction White Card a must Reading of drawings If you’re ready to step into a dynamic leadership role and bring your expertise to a company that values quality and initiative, we’d love to hear from you.
