We are seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative who will work on our Customer Service team. This Customer Service Representative will maximize customer satisfaction by resolving all issues in a timely and professional manner by phone and email. What You'll Do Accurately enter and manage customer orders Communicate with customers to resolve issues in a timely, professional manner; ensure appropriate resolution to any outstanding order is completed Communicate with Account Executive regarding their customers’ accounts Process and track orders Process Customer Credit Requests Escalate issues as needed What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years’ experience in a related field Detail oriented Comfortability in a Fast-paced environment Ability to work independently Who You Are You should be someone who will: Take pride in what you do.
