About the Role We are in search of highly motivated, passionate, and diligent Beauty Therapists to become valuable additions to our Essential Beauty Highpoint team. Our team is deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer service and expanding our extensive client base. We are currently seeking individuals who embody these values to join our salon. We offer a professional, fast paced, warm, and enjoyable working atmosphere, complete with dynamic team and ongoing training and support. We are seeking individuals who not only have a genuine passion for the beauty industry but are also dedicated to contributing to our business's growth. At Essential Beauty, all our staff members receive continuous training and have the opportunity to advance within the company. We are eager to welcome team members who will play a vital role in expanding our salon's presence. Our team members work collaboratively, support each other, manage their clients effectively, and strive to provide an exceptional client experience. Services We Offer Full Body Waxing Lash and brow tint, lift and lamination Spray tanning PMU cosmetic tattoo Laser hair removal Body piercing including children's ear piercing A minimum of 1-2 years in waxing experience is required. Candidates should be available to work standard retail hours, including evening shifts, Saturday and Sundays. In Return for Your Commitment, You Can Expect An attractive hourly rate. Comprehensive training in specialized treatments. Requirements & Qualifications The ability to meet performance targets (KPIs). Proven ability to upsell products and services to meet individual and team targets. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. A sense of pride in your work and personal appearance. The capacity to engage effectively with clients. The aptitude for rapid learning and personal growth.
