SK Building is a small residential building company with the majority of work located across the Greater Western Sydney region. Our main focus is on new residential builds in new housing estates where we manage multiple jobs at any one time. We are seeking first year, second year and third year junior apprentices who must be willing to commence or already be enrolled in a TAFE Carpentry course, have a white card and MUST have their driver’s licence (either P’s or full) and own transport. The role involves working alongside our qualified tradespeople where all aspects of the carpentry trade will be learnt including eave carpentry, cladding, decking and pergolas. It is essential that suitable applicants are able to take direction from our skilled trades and can work as part of our existing teams. We need motivated and enthusiastic apprentices on a full-time basis, available to commence immediately for the right applicant, who is interested in construction and pursuing this as their career. About the role Duties include: Learning and working in general building and carpentry including eaves, cladding, decking and pergolas Working on new residential builds Taking directions from skilled trades Skills required Interest in construction and carpentry Hardworking, motivated and willingness to learn Reliable, trustworthy and punctual Team player with a positive attitude Enrolled in TAFE Carpentry course (or willing to enrol) NSW Drivers licence and Own vehicle (P’s or full) Permanent Australian Working Rights White card (or willing to apply) Immediate start for right applicant Full time basis Qualification in Construction If you feel you fit these criteria, please submit your cover letter and resume via SEEK outlining your experience, qualifications and suitability for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
