Executive Legal Support/Paralegal/Fully Remote/Immediate Start/Australia Wide We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Paralegal/Executive Legal Support to join our team at Smith's Lawyers' in Chevron Island, Queensland. This full‑time role will provide strategic legal support and administrative assistance to our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services. What you’ll be doing Providing comprehensive paralegal support, including legal research, document drafting, and case file management Assisting with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems Coordinating client meetings, court appearances, and other legal proceedings Collaborating with the legal team to streamline processes and improve efficiency Undertaking other administrative tasks as required to support the legal department What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar executive legal support role Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and best practices Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask Proficient in the use of legal software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and legal professionals A proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable approach to problem‑solving A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics What we offer At Smith's Lawyers', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
