Part-time/Full-Time Medical Reception / Admin Officer – Physio Clinics Origin Physiotherapy and Wellness – Deakin ACT Join two busy, friendly allied health clinics where your healthcare admin skills will shine. We’re seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our team at Origin Physiotherapy (Deakin) and Weston Creek Physiotherapy . If you have proven admin experience in physiotherapy, medical, or allied health and you’re confident juggling bookings, billing, and patient care in a fast‑paced environment — we’d love to hear from you. We are looking to fill a part‑time and/or full‑time role (Monday–Friday) working across both clinics, with variety in your day and a supportive team behind you. What you’ll do: Be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and referrers Manage appointments, patient records, and payment processing Process EPC/CDM, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS, and private billings Liaise with physiotherapists, GPs, and other healthcare providers Keep reception and admin systems running smoothly, even during busy periods What we’re looking for: Proven admin experience in medical, physiotherapy, or allied health (essential) Confident using practice management software (Nookal preferred), Xero, and MS Office Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management Excellent customer service and communication skills Health‑conscious, reliable, and professional in presentation Able to work both independently and as part of a team How to apply: Apply via SEEK with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your healthcare administration experience and why you’re the right fit for our team.
