We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager to join our Project Management department at our offices in Sydney. We’re looking for people with strong interpersonal skills, who enjoy working in a team and are detail-oriented. Responsabilidades Responsable de la Implantación de Proyectos. Planificación y control de los procesos y tareas. Responsable de las entregas que se realicen a los clientes, verificar el correcto funcionamiento de todas las incidencias relacionadas con sus clientes y que cumplan la funcionalidad demandada. Revisar las herramientas de rendimiento sobre los proyectos asignados, crear las incidencias necesarias, gestionarlas con los departamentos y verificar que se han corregido correctamente. Responsable de las formaciones de los clientes asignados, apoyándose en el equipo de Formación. Debe realizar los briefings de los desarrollos y revisarlos con el cliente y una vez analizados, deberá revisar que cumpla las expectativas del cliente realizando el análisis funcional en el idioma del cliente. Deberá encargarse de que el cliente conozca la herramienta de Support, para la correcta comunicación entre cliente y Project Manager. Deberá conocer el estatus de sus clientes al detalle, como generar los informes solicitados por sus superiores. Responsable de la actualización semanal de los informes de Proyectos, y las fichas de seguimiento. Revisión diaria de los emails de los clientes asignados. Revisión semanal del listado de reservas erróneas del cliente. Encargado de las subidas a producción del cliente y actualizar el site de sus clientes en los diferentes entornos. Requisitos You are an analytical and detail-oriented person. You have a background in Computer Engineering, Telematics, or related fields. You are proactive, solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork. You have an interest in the tourism sector and curiosity about how the technological tools behind it work. Ventajas You will work in a pleasant and friendly environment.
