Mid-level Architect

Architectus is seeking an experienced mid-level Architect or an emerging Associate with proven capability delivering large-scale, complex projects. Backed by a Principal invested in your growth, you'll bring strong technical and delivery skills, stepping up to lead documentation and the construction phase of a major Commercial tower project in Brisbane. What you'll do: Take ownership of project documentation across all stages, driving efficiency, accuracy and quality Confidently step up to lead - coordinating stakeholders, design teams and project deliverables Manage competing tasks and proactively resolve issues to support positive design and project outcomes Receive mentoring and experience working with highly experienced, collaborative Principals while taking the project from delivery to completion in 2030 Oversee project delivery, procurement and construction phases, reporting progress, risks and financials to the Principal Build strong client and consultant relationships, working collaboratively and applying deep knowledge of architectural principles, codes and best practice What you'll bring: 6+ years industry experience in addition to architectural qualifications to a post-graduate level (or equivalent) Strong communication and confident stakeholder management skills Advanced understanding of design principles, materials, construction methods and relevant codes (BCA/NCC) Highly proficient in Revit, Revizto, Adobe suite and delivery tools Excellent written and verbal communication to enable effective, timely and clearly understood communication to convey design intent Solid project management skills capability to support successful project delivery.
