About The Role We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join the Elders Top End Group team on a full‑time, permanent basis. Joining the 2024’s REINT #1 Large Agency of the year, to provide support the team of 30 licensed agents and property managers who have had an impactful presence in the Darwin region for over 20 years. This is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and supporting our agents with: reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings and preparing contracts. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end‑to‑end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career. Responsibilities Provide end‑to‑end administration support to the sales team Process client payments, monitor accounts, and prepare reports for management Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, including property listings, advertising, and promotional campaigns Support social media content creation and scheduling to promote properties and brand presence Contribute to team business plans and promote a supportive, collaborative culture Uphold Elders’ values and ensure cost‑effective solutions in daily tasks Maintain compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures About You Previous administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to providing a high level of customer service Poses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results‑focused working environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines Passion to positively drive change for both your clients and your community About Elders Elders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
