Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Gold Coast Big Dog Marketing is expanding We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on Team Leader to oversee our high-performing Superannuation Review Booking Team. If you’re confident on the phone, love coaching others, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this role is for you. About the Role You will lead a team of outbound callers who book superannuation review appointments for our partnered advisors. This is a dual role: part leadership, part performance-based booking. You’ll supervise daily operations, motivate the team, and also get on the phones yourself to set the standard. This is a full-time salary position , Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support the Superannuation Review Booking Team Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to secure appointments Monitor daily KPIs, team performance, and call quality Run morning huddles, refreshers, and ongoing training sessions Assist with scripts, rebuttals, and campaign improvements Handle escalations and provide real‑time support to the team Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance standards are met What We’re Looking For Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound sales Proven leadership or team‑lead experience (call center preferred) Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills High level of resilience, confidence, and professionalism Ability to hold team members accountable while supporting their growth Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead by example Full-time salary with stable weekday hours Supportive management and a collaborative team culture Career growth opportunities as our campaigns continue to scale Modern office environment and an energetic workplace Excellent training, clear KPIs, and the tools you need to succeed How to Apply If you’re ready to lead from the front and help drive a high-performing superannuation review campaign, we want to hear from you.
