NDIS Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering participants, building strong relationships, and navigating the NDIS with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Assist participants to understand their NDIS plan and funding Coordinate supports and engage appropriate service providers Monitor plan budgets and assist with service agreements Build meaningful relationships with participants, families and stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Resolve issues and barriers impacting service delivery Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quality outcomes What We’re Looking For Experience in Support Coordination (or similar role within NDIS - advantageous but not necessary) Understanding of the NDIS and its frameworks (advantageous but not necessary) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage your own caseloadCompassion, professionalism, and commitment to participant-centred practice Relevant qualifications (e.g., disability, community services, social work) desirable What We Offer Supportive team and positive workplace culture Opportunities for growth within our organisation Training, supervision, and ongoing professional development If you’re passionate about making a real difference and want to join a supportive, values-driven NDIS provider, we’d love to hear from you About the Role As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with NDIS participants to help them understand, implement and make the most of their plans.
