Overview PM Freight Office Assistant - (ADM ) at Followmont Transport Pty Ltd. Followmont Transport are currently seeking a motivated and detail-orientated individual to join our PM Freight Office team. This Full-Time, entry level role is integral to our operation and would suit a friendly, positive, and motivated individual who has an interest in developing their career within the transport industry. Responsibilities Monday to Friday | 3pm - 5pm start | Full Time Permanent Occasional Saturday - Rotating roster Ad hoc overtime may be requested with increased freight volumes Breakdown and consolidation of paperwork (Pallet counts, weights, and load plans) for distribution throughout Queensland and NSW Photocopying and scanning of all relevant documentation as per company and customer requirements Maintain, collate paperwork, and bag documents required for linehaul movements with each load dispatched (for example, Consignments Notes, Dangerous Goods & Fatigue Management documents) Data entry of Outward Linehaul Movement sheets daily i.e. load destinations, load weights, fleet numbers, driver names and contact details, contractor detail, pallet detail, dispatch times etc Other reasonable tasks as requested by your Supervisor / Manager from time to time Qualifications Administration experience preferred, but not essential Experience within the transport industry is also highly regarded A team player who is willing to provide support to the wider team A strong level of communication and problem-solving coupled with the ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure environment Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills Benefits Great opportunities to career progression On-site free parking at our convenient Eagle Farm location Workplace Benefits Program providing discounts to many major retailers Health Fund discounts for single or family cover Free access to our Employee Assistance Program, Mental Wellbeing Program and Workplace Banking Program Recognition programs where you are rewarded for your contribution to the business How to apply If you encompass the above attributes and feel this position is a good fit for you, the Followmont Team would love to hear from you Using the Apply now link or send an email to Location 45 Taylor Place, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 #J-18808-Ljbffr
