Program Services Manager – Open Minds Join us as our Program Services Manager and help shape services that change lives. Ready to lead programs that make a real difference in mental health and community wellbeing? This role is pivotal in driving our vision, strategic planning, and policy development while ensuring best practice, timely, and holistic support for people accessing our services. Base pay range A$130,000.00/yr - A$138,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the local community and with key stakeholders. Provide oversight of programs, governance infrastructure, and continuous improvement across systems, processes, and protocols. Work closely with the Clinical Services Manager to lead a diverse team delivering comprehensive services to adults experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, crises, and addiction, as well as their families and caregivers using an inclusive “no wrong door” approach. About You Strong ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships that drive successful initiatives. Experience managing multiple, complex projects, including systems improvements and stakeholder engagement. Comfortable working across a broad range of priorities while delivering quality outcomes. Tertiary qualifications in mental health, health service management, or a related field (postgraduate desirable). Experience in cross‑cultural settings, particularly with First Nations People.
