As Program Services Manager, you’ll oversee the coordination and delivery of services at our Medicare Mental Health Centres in Coffs Harbour and Lismore, as well as our pop-up service in Kempsey. This role is pivotal in driving our vision, strategic planning, and policy development while ensuring best practice, timely, and holistic support for people accessing our services. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the local community and with key stakeholders. Provide oversight of programs, governance infrastructure, and continuous improvement across systems, processes, and protocols. Work closely with the Clinical Services Manager to lead a diverse team delivering comprehensive services to adults experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, crises, and addiction, as well as their families and caregivers using an inclusive “no wrong door” approach. About You We’re looking for a strategic thinker and inclusive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key qualities include: Strong ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships that drive successful initiatives. Experience managing multiple, complex projects, including systems improvements and stakeholder engagement. Comfortable working across a broad range of priorities while delivering quality outcomes. Tertiary qualifications in mental health, health service management, or a related field (postgraduate desirable). Experience in cross-cultural settings, particularly with First Nations People.
