Junior Quality Assurance Officer

Junior Quality Assurance Officer - Waterproofing & Tiling Working alongside senior staff, you’ll be trained to carry out site inspections, complete digital QA checklists, and document waterproofing and tiling works using our Visibuild QA system . No prior QA experience is required — we’ll provide full training in: Waterproofing processes Tiling standards Quality documentation and reporting If you enjoy learning, problem‑solving, and maintaining high standards, this role is for you. The Role Working alongside senior staff, you’ll be trained to carry out site inspections, complete digital QA checklists, and document waterproofing and tiling works using our Visibuild QA system . Key Responsibilities Waterproofing QA (Training Provided) Assist with substrate and membrane inspections Capture photos at key stages (under screed, over screed, membrane installation) Record thickness tests using gauges Document flood tests with photos and notes Follow QA checklists to ensure compliance Tiling QA (Training Provided) Observe and document screed levels, tile layouts, adhesive coverage and alignment Check grout lines, silicone joints and overall finishes Identify and report defects (training provided) Work with tilers to resolve issues Reporting & Documentation Upload photos and notes into Visibuild Complete QA checklists Prepare basic client reports using templates Communication Liaise with site teams under senior guidance Report issues clearly and professionally Work independently once trained Skills & Experience No experience required — full training provided.
