About Me Hello I am a 57-year-old female. I am looking for a friendly Support Worker to assist me in achieving my NDIS goals. I love community access activities and listening to music, especially Elvis I also enjoy spending time with my cat Blossom, cooking, and going out for lunch. I require assistance with all daily living activities. I enjoy completing mathematics and literacy sheets to keep learning, and I love picnics and visiting the zoo. I'm looking for a creative, positive person with a calm and patient nature to join my team. A good match for me would be someone who has an efficient and confident approach in what they do. A good sense of humour is important because I love to laugh with my staff, it makes life happy About The Role : An Opportunity is available to join my team of wonderful support workers who help to facilitate my daily life. My support workers assist me on a 1 : 1 staff ratio throughout the day and passive overnights. I am seeking a Support Worker who is wanting to join a team environment, passionate about my needs and helping me achieve my best life possible. About You : I am looking for both experienced professionals and those new to the sector who align with our core values. Key responsibilities : Assist me with assisted daily living tasks Provide personal care prompts Help with pet maintenance Support in home activities Implement established plans and programs to support me achieving my goals, and my life skill development Actively engage in person centred active support Maintain accurate records and documentation Manage risk and ensure safety at all times Shifts I am looking for someone to support me on a casual basis.
