Base pay range A$113,574.00/yr - A$125,720.00/yr 2 x Temporary People Partner roles up to September 2026 and December 2026 with the potential to extend Clerk Grade 7/8 ($113,574 - $125,720), based in Martin Place, Sydney Join us in delivering successful organisational impacts at the heart of government About the role We have an exciting opportunity for two People Partners to join our People, Culture & Talent Branch. Our People Partners build and grow highly effective relationships by partnering with leaders across the Premier’s Department, The Cabinet Office and with NSW Ministerial Offices. As a People Partner you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical HR solutions that support departmental objectives. You’ll play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment processes, investigations, disciplinary matters and organisational structure maintenance. These are varied, interesting and challenging roles that would suit someone who enjoys a true generalist HR role. Working at the heart of government, you’ll have the opportunity to shape initiatives that impact the entire NSW public sector. Responsibilities and Qualifications Strategic HR Experience: You bring substantial experience in an HR Business Partnering role, ideally within a large and complex organisation. Your ability to navigate employment legislation, particularly within the Public Sector or similar frameworks allows you to provide sound, strategic advice. Collaborative Problem-Solver: You excel at fostering strong, collaborative relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving positive outcomes across diverse teams. Influential Communicator: You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confidently presenting ideas and guiding stakeholders through complex matters with clarity and impact, tailoring your approach to engage and influence at all levels. Organised & Efficient: You manage competing priorities with precision, ensuring deadlines are met and business needs are addressed effectively. Why Join Us?
