We’re an established conveyancing practice with a strong reputation for responsive client service and practical, commercial outcomes. We act for sellers and buyers across Queensland, partnering closely with agents, brokers and developers. With steady and consistent growth, we’re looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to our team. Your responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service to our clients throughout the conveyancing process. Managing your own PEXA settlements (workspaces, invitations, source funds, adjustments and destinations). Preparing and lodging transfer duty through QRO Online. You won't have to manage: File opening, initial correspondence, searches, and trust accounting. All of this is done for you by our dedicated admin team. Qualifications will include: Minimum 1 year experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficient in the use of conveyancing software and PEXA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, third parties, and the legal team. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
