We are currently seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Vegetation Workers (e.g. HV Workers / Climbing Arborists / EWP Operators / Squirrel Operators / Chipper Truck Drivers) to join our team in the Perth Metro area. Key Responsibilities Safety Awareness and Compliance : Actively maintain compliance with SHEQ standards, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in adherence to relevant Codes of Practice, including electrical safety around live power lines. Health & Safety Responsibility : Take personal responsibility for your health and safety as well as the well-being of colleagues on site. Quality Assurance : Deliver work that meets contractual obligations, company standards, and customer expectations. Hazard Identification & Action : Proactively identify hazards and stop work if any uncontrolled risks are present, ensuring a safe working environment for all. Supervisor Support : Collaborate with supervisors to ensure all work meets high-quality standards and customer specifications. Professionalism & Housekeeping : Maintain a high level of professionalism and appearance while keeping sites clean and organized. Pre-start Equipment Checks : Conduct thorough pre-start checks on all vehicles, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe operations on site. What We're Looking For Safety-Focused : Highly aware of safety and electrical risks, committed to strict safety protocols. Detail-Oriented : Eye for detail, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard. Proactive & Responsible : Initiative in identifying and resolving safety issues to keep the site secure. Team Player : Works well with supervisors and fellow workers to maintain high standards and safety. Experience & Qualifications First Aid/CPR Certification Construction White Card Cert II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control (UET20319) EDD – UETTDRRF08 / EWP Rescue – UETDRRF002 Chainsaw Ticket Experience working near live power lines is advantageous.
